Alpaca Meet & Greet

A 40 minute experience for all to enjoy including all adults, children, babies, friends & family where you will meet the Alpacas, learn how to feed, handle, lead and communicate with your new friend. Discuss different characteristics & their habitat & history. We include a short walk along our beautiful countryside tracks and pond.
Where possible you will have an alpaca each to make the event a perfect celebration experience for all your friends. There will be plenty of time for those all important selfies that our Alpaca are so good at!!

Meet & Greet Children’s Parties
Come along with your party we can cater for 6-16 children in a single booking with a minimum of 2 adults to supervise.
Each child will have an alpaca to themselves but we can double rein the alpaca if the child is nervous or young. We try to encourage all children to be involved with a discussion on how to feed, handle & talk to your Alpaca using his name. We then take the whole party on a walk taking loads of pictures along the route.
A Birthday Buffet table can be booked in our Café at a cost of £15.00 per head which includes finger sandwiches, ham, cheese, jam etc, sausage rolls, cucumber & carrot sticks, crisps, wotsits & quavers followed by dessert of jelly & ice-cream with drinks blackcurrant / orange cordial & water.

Childrens Parties
We can cater for 6-16 children in a single booking with a few adults to supervise.
For a booking of 10 and over we would prefer at least 4 adults to help the Party go smoothly. This allows each child to have an alpaca each & we can double rein the alpaca if the child is nervous or young.
We start with a general chat about Alpacas. We try to encourage all children to be involved with a discussion on how to feed, handle & talk to your Alpaca using his name. We then take the whole party on a walk taking loads of pictures along the route. Walks take place along our tracks & pond. After the walk we go back to the Alpaca House where more pics are taken.
Party Buffet
A Party Buffet table can be booked in our Café at a cost of £7.00 a head which includes finger sandwiches, ham, cheese, jam etc Crisps, Wotsitts, Quavers. Jelly & Ice-cream. Blackcurrant or Orange Cordial, Water.
We welcome you to bring your own Birthday Cake & any supplementary personal decoration for the Birthday Table
Booking times are the same as our other walks: 10.30am, 12 midday, 1.30pm or 3pm.
Should a 3pm booking be required we can hold the Birthday Buffet first at 2pm with a walk later at 3pm.
