The Walk
60 minute experience learning about, meeting and walking our friendly alpacas…
- After a quick health and safety chat, one of our guides will lead you around our farm with time for photos and the all important alpaca selfie!
- Each of your party will get your very own alpaca to partner up with for the experience

All of our alpacas have their own unique personalities… will you get the shy one? the poser? or possibly the cheekiest of the bunch!
Afternoon Tea
After all the fun of the alpaca walk in the fresh countryside air you will be more than ready for your home prepared afternoon tea platter served with hot tea or coffee.

Our afternoon tea platter includes the following selection of hand prepared sandwiches and delicious naughty sweet treats…
Savouries**
- Salmon & cream cheese sandwich
- Roast ham & Dijon mustard sandwich
- Free range egg mayonnaise
- Fresh sliced cucumber & mint yogurt sandwich
- Cheshire cheese sandwich
Sweet Treats**
- Scones served with Cornish clotted cream & preserve
- Chocolate brownie or cup cakes
- Moist carrot cake
- Lemon drizzle cake
Meet n Greet
This is a leisurely experience where you are given an introduction to these wonderful creatures, together with a general farm safety talk, feeding/general tasks then halter training/walking on halter. Some history about alpacas and Llama’s and information regarding their behaviour & general character. If you wish you may take an alpaca between two for a short walk around our pond.
You can be sure that you will go home with a smile on your face our boys and girls are seriously gentle loving animals who will win your heart………………
This is a 45 minute experience with a mouth watering afternoon tea to follow.
Terms
Voucher Redemption – Booking required following receipt of your voucher.
Phone Booking – Bookings can only be taken through our online booking system, we are unable to take bookings over the phone.
Wristbands – Upon arrival, you sign in our courtyard, you will receive a wristband, colour coded to your experience. Every attendee will receive their wristband which must be worn throughout the experience.
Please Note: Loss, damage or failure to present a wristband will unfortunately
Allergies or Intolerances – Please make us aware of these when you complete your booking. Please note: We will be unable to make changes or swap items on the day of your visit as all baking and sandwich preparation will be complete.
Accessibility – The walks will be trekking through fields that maybe rough, bumpy or muddy. We cannot authorise wheelchairs, pushchairs or walking aids on the walks for these reasons.
When bringing children Under 6, adults must feel confident that their child can walk the whole distance or that they can carry their child from start to finish. For very young children, we would advise bringing a sling or baby carrier, we cannot authorise pushchairs on the walks (see text above).
No Shows – Failure to cancel bookings which result in a no show will mean the booking is lost and no refund can be given.
Lateness – The experience begins with the 15 minute health and safety talk followed by the alpaca walk, this is a group activity and our guides will begin the walk on time, once all visitors have been handed an alpaca and leave the pen any latecomers will be unable to join the walk and no refund will be given. Please plan your journey and allow for traffic as refusal to join the experience tends to offend.
Cancellations and Rescheduling – Minimum 48 hours (2 working days) notice from selected walk date.
Photography – During the walk we take photographs and these are published on our Facebook page to give you the opportunity to see your experience with us at no extra charge. By booking with us we will trust this is accepted by you and all party members unless a member of staff is notified on the day prior to the walk or you contact us in advance.
Accidents – Accidents do happen, albeit very rarely. We give an extensive health and safety briefing prior to your experience and you should follow the instructions given. We cannot accept responsibility for any accidents or injuries that occur on our farm.
Weather – Our walks run whether rain or shine, sleet or snow so please dress according to weather forecasts and be prepared for our temperamental British weather!
Vouchers – Terms are applicable to bookings purchased directly. 3rd party purchases may have additional terms which will be on vouchers.
Experience Numbers – All experiences require a minimum number of attendees. If this minimum number is not met we reserve the right to reschedule your booking to the next available slot.
